The bulk of our micro green and herb production is for wholesale, but we also bring them to market and include them in the CSA occasionally.

Microgreens are tiny edible vegetable and herb plants. We grow them in soil in trays and harvest them at about 7-14 days. They are tender, crisp, and delicious! Microgreens have up to 40 times more vital nutrients than mature plants! Try them on salads, sandwiches, tacos, eggs, soup, almost anything!
Available sizes: 1oz, 4oz, 8oz, and 1 lb. (other sizes upon request)
Here are the micro greens we currently grow:
Mizuna, Celery, Green Basil, Red Basil, Cilantro, Arugula, Broccoli, Kohlrabi, Tatsoi, Bulls Blood, Beet Top, Curled Cress, Amaranth, Tendergreen, Bok Choi, and others on occasion and upon request.
Our best micro green seller is called Rainbow Mix which is a seasonal mixture of the following: Tendergreen, Broccoli, Kohlrabi, Red Cabbage, Spinach, Bok Choi, Mizuna, Tatsoi, Beet Top, Bulls Blood, Amaranth, Curly Cress and Arugula.
