Micro Greens

Micro greens are tiny edible vegetable and herb plants. We grow them in soil in trays and harvest them at about 7-14 days. They are tender, crisp, and delicious!  Micro greens have up to 40 times more vital nutrients than mature plants!  Try them on salads, sandwiches, tacos, eggs, soup, almost anything!

Available sizes: 1oz, 4oz, 8oz, and 1 lb. (other sizes upon request)
