Micro greens currently available include Mizuna, Celery, Green Basil, Red Basil, Cilantro, Arugula, Broccoli, Kohlrabi, Tatsoi, Bulls Blood, Beet Top, Curled Cress, Amaranth, Tendergreen, Bok Choi, and others on occasion and upon request. Our best micro green seller is called Rainbow Mix which is a seasonal mixture of the following: Tendergreen, Broccoli, Kohlrabi, Red Cabbage, Spinach, Bok Choi, Mizuna, Tatsoi, Beet Top, Bulls Blood, Amaranth, Curly Cress and Arugula.
